Protest!

I was in the city walking toward Time square when all of a sudden...I heard drums and singing coming from down the street.  I followed the sounds and found people in tradition clothing dancing and singing.  There were security guards everywhere and fences were put up to seperate the people walking on the side walk with the people dancing and singing in the streets.  I asked someone what was going on, and he said it was a protest. PERFECT! I thought to myself. I have my film camera...and no one is going to stop me from jumping over this fence...I jumped over the fence and was able to get some wonderful shots of all these beautiful people in their traditional clothing!

Avatar!

Ok!  So I'm sure we have all heard of Avatar. Right?
My Aunt any I have just spent the whole day together, and we just watched Avatar...WOW!  I have heard so many great things about that movie that I thought it wouldn't reach my expectations.  Boy was I wrong.  That movie reached my expectations and went beyond.  I have never had a movie have such an affect on me.  During the middle of the feature I actually started to imagine myself being an Avatar.  I mean, quite frankly being a human being is so limiting.  Am I right, or am I right!?  Any who, I INSIST, GO see the movie!  You will enjoy it!

Aunt Irene, I had a wonderful time today.  I love you, and hope we can have another splendid time together again soon!
